Seth Blevins

Artists Bio:

When I was 8 years old when I got my first sketchbook and I haven’t stopped making art since. Apart from a few classes in school and a workshop, I don’t have any formal training. How I learned was mostly trial and error along with occasionally bumping into some inspiring work or literature that expanded my range of what I thought was possible. Art for me is a vehicle to explore ideas, and I hope to share the joy I get from the process to the people looking at it.

Theme description:

My mural will be an image celebrating the restorative power of nature and it’s connection with the human spirit. It has been said that nature is the infallible teacher of man, and I think is beneficial to look towards the very source of creation and resilience in order to get a touch of inspiration for it.
